PUBLIC DATA MODEL

Privacy & public reports

Operational scans and durable public observations are intentionally separate.

Operational scan

The scanning engine may temporarily need the submitted URL and raw operational telemetry to perform the requested observation. Operational records can expire under the engine's retention policy.

Durable public snapshot

Permanent report pages render from a separate sanitized snapshot. Public URL representations remove fragments, never publish query parameter values by default, strip user credentials and redact token-like material.

Signed URLs and secrets

URLs containing signature, credential, token or similar sensitive material are sanitized and are not eligible for search indexing. A permanent report page never needs the original secret-bearing URL to render.

Crawler behavior

Opening a permanent report, Recent Link Discoveries or the sitemap only reads persisted public state. Those routes do not start or refresh a live scan.
